Acropolis Greek Taverna

Great tasting Greek food. Fresh ingredients. It's true that the lemon potatoes are delish! Ate more of the potatoes than the rice and salad. Ordered the acropolis platter for two. Skewered chicken and pork gyro. Lots of rice and greek salad. Pita on the side. Well seasoned food, salad dressing, white sauce. Healthy. Honestly, this platter is good for three since the food is very satisfying with just the small amount of food eaten.Fairly priced Highly recommended for lunch/ dinner.

Very authentic Greek cuisine. The quality is excellent and you get a lot for the money. The Gyro is scrumptious and both the chicken and pork souvlaki meals were great. This place is walk in only, so don't be discouraged by my atmosphere rating! Please eat here, the food is really good.

Craving for Greek food, this is a new takeaway place. Food was delicious, big serving. I have leftover for another dat. For the price this is a better choice then McDonald’s or KFC. They have a great selection on their menu. I would call in advance so you don’t need to wait. The service was great friendly staff. Support Local business!

Fantastic! My new favourite Greek restaurant in Hamilton. We got the "Acropolis Mixed Dinner" with more or less everything: chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki, chicken gyro, regular gyro meat, and special Greek rice and sides of lemon roast potatoes, Greek salad, and lots of tzatziki. Everything was fantastic. The potatoes were perfect. Usually potatoes are filler, Rafi's are a highlight. I did not try the Greek fries, so I'll be back soon for those. Other notes: The kitchen was utterly spotless. Great attention to detail. There is no seating (yet), they just do take-out and delivery.

We love Greek food and this was everything we hoped for! Ordered the dinner for 2 and it was perfect. Everything tasted great and the portions were awesome. Thank you so much we can wait to eat from here again!!

What delicious Greek food! Everything is so fresh. The souvlaki is not dry at all. The garlic sauce has a good kick to it! The lemony potatoes are fluffy. They even have a “village” Greek salad which is the authentic salad without lettuce. The owners are very friendly. Great takeout place for lunch and dinner.

I had the BEST experience with Acropolis Greek Taverna. The food was the tastiest Greek Food in the city. I only wish we had tried more items! The customer service I experienced was better than outstanding; they went above and beyond for me and my Mom tonight. I cant put into words how much I appreciate everything they did for us. I can guarantee you I will not order Greek from anywhere else and I will be yelling it from the mountain tops until everyone knows about it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Amazing food and great people I will be be ordering again in the very near future! (Mom Said she will too!)
